The ContractRight system has four key attributes

It allows businesses to legitimately engage contractors without the need to have an ABN, Company or Trust structure for invoicing purposes while mitigating the inhibitors imposed by a number of State and Federal regulations.
2. Reduce Administration
It allows a business to engage contingent labour on a non-employment basis for the benefit of both the business and the individual while reducing the burden of administration for both parties.
3. Robust Compliant and Legally Tested System
It is a robust, compliant and legally tested system, we hold an ATO statutory approval outlining how self-employed individuals deployed via our system must be treated for taxation purposes. All individuals engaged via the ContractRight system legitimately enjoy the tax and financial benefits of self-employment.
4. No Personal Services Income (PSI) Legislation Tests
There is no need for contractors engaged via the ContractRight system to prove they are running a business enterprise or to pass the prescriptive Personal Services Income (PSI) Legislation tests or the court related multi factor tests.
